Angular Kinematics

Angular Speed and Velocity:  Because angular distance (the sum of angles) is seldom used in sport biomechanics angular speed (angular distance/time) is also infrequently used so we will focus on angular velocity.

Angular velocity is a vector quantity and is the rate change in angular displacement.
