Quiz 4.5-4.6

The purpose is to help master course content.  Each quiz may be taken multiple times until you score 100%.  You won't be allowed to submit homework until you score 100%.  There are different types of questions.  Be careful to think about the question and don't choose any false statements.  If you miss a question, review the relevant material before attempting the quiz again.
