 Facilitator Certification Zoom Share Settings

Knowing how to change the share settings in a Zoom meeting can be important, particularly when connected to a Zoom event in a connect classroom.

Requirements

  1. Sign into zoom.usu.edu
    • sign in located on the bottom of zoom.usu.edu
  2. In the upper-right hand corner, select "host a meeting" on either the Instructor PC (Surface Studio), the Facilitator Computer, or your own personal device.

  3. While on this page, please take a screenshot of the "Host A Meeting" section. Make sure your name is visible in the screenshot, but please note your employee ID does not need to be included.
  4. Once you have started a Zoom meeting, find and change the share settings in that meeting so that a classroom, or any other participant in the call, would be able to share content. (hint: look for Advanced Sharing Options in the Zoom Meeting).
  5.  After locating the advanced share options and modifying the necessary settings, take a screenshot.
