Do this assignment in your groups. The heart of the  assignment is defining six appropriate local objectives that nicely capture or distill broad project goals and that have effective performance measures. The MCDA spreadsheet is fun to play around with, and it helps to organize thinking (and identify gaps), but the main thing is to come up with a list of no more than size ALO. You should turn in a two page or so pdf explaining your thinking. See assignment for instructions.
