Semester Project Final Report

Write a final project report that provides information about your semester project, as well as documentation of and results of your work.  Include tables and figures as appropriate to illustrate your work.  Your final report should be no more than 10 pages in length (including references), should synthesize all the work done on the project for the semester, and should allow readers to understand and (to the extent possible) reproduce the methods developed and used. Additional appendices (in addition to the 10 pages) can be used sparingly if needed for tables and figures, but please be concise with your writing in the main body of the report.

Your final project report should be formatted to conform to the manuscript template linked below (remember no more than 10 pages).  It should include a cover page and a copy of the grading rubric as the last page.  You should submit a PDF of your formatted report to Canvas. One PDF submitted to Canvas per group will be fine. I will print a copy for grading purposes if needed.  

In addition to submitting your report, each student must fill out and submit to Canvas a copy of the group self rating form linked below. This is an opportunity for you to tell me how well you worked with your group and how well your group worked together. You should rate yourself and each of your group members. Each student should submit a PDF of the filled out group self rating form to Canvas.

Graduate Students Only: You should include a separate (i.e., not part of the report PDF) one page summary of how you addressed the peer review feedback you received from the instructor and from members of the other group(s) who reviewed your report. Although not explicitly included in the grading rubric, you will lose an automatic 5 points if this summary is not provided. Please upload this to Canvas as a separate PDF when you submit your report.

NOTE:  I plan to create a new page in Canvas to list the results of your final project reports so students in subsequent classes can have a look at what you accomplished. I will post the final submitted PDF of your report and your final PowerPoint presentation.
