This assignment follows on the 13 SEP 2019 Lecture on Download Restoration Decision Making

Do this assignment individually. The heart of the  assignment is defining six appropriate local objectives that nicely capture or distill broad project goals and that have effective performance measures. The MCDA spreadsheet is fun to play around with, and it helps to organize thinking (and identify gaps), but the main thing is to come up with a list of no more than size ALO. You should turn in a  no more than two page pdf listing your objectives and their metrics and explaining your thinking. Also your MCDA spreadsheet. See assignment for instructions.
