- Submitting a file upload
Your project team must submit a progress report for your final project. Progress reports may be up to 2 pages in length, but may include appendices if you want to show any preliminary results. Your report should include a cover page that identifies your project title and group members. In addition, you should Include in your report the following:
- A description of the role that each team member will be playing in your project group. It is OK if multiple group members have some overlap in their roles, but each group member must have a role.
- A description of your progress on your project goals/objectives. What have you done so far?
- A description of any problems or issues you are experiencing (e.g., we need this dataset, but we can't get it for some reason).
- Briefly lay out your plan to complete your project. What is left to do, and are you on track to complete it?
I've given you two full pages for your progress report. If you give me significantly less than 2 pages, you will not receive full credit for this assignment. This is your opportunity to receive feedback on where you are at, so use the space wisely and let me know if you are struggling. For any of you who have changed the topic for your semester project, you will want to begin your progress report with a brief introduction to the new project topic you have chosen.
Your progress report should be submitted as a PDF file to the course Canvas website. Your progress report will receive a score as part of your final project.
