Spring Runoff Conference Participation

Please provide a brief paragraph describing one insight that you gained from your participation in the Spring Runoff Conference. This could be something you learned from one of the talks or from the discussion during or following those talks. It could be from a conversation you had with one of the speakers or poster presenters. It could even be something you learned from chatting with other conference participants during one of the scheduled breaks. What is the importance of what you learned and how will it impact you, the state of Utah, and/or the Intermountain Western U.S.?
