Read Preface & Chapter 1 & Watch Lecture

This is a formative assignment. You are expected to watch lectures and do reading prior to every class on which that module is covered.  For this first one, please do so during our class slot and before 5 PM. The next class meeting (Wednesday) there is a separate assignment for (Module 2 Assignment - Read Chapter 2 & Watch Lecture).

Note, for every module, I will post a link to the module topic page (viewable after you're done with course) where lecture and lecture slides will be posted. These will be updated as we go (many are blank templates if you try to navigate ahead).
